Man United team

Interim boss Ole Gunnar Solskjaer transformed Manchester United after replacing Mourinho and now he needs to finish the season strongly and earn CL qualification.

However, in the past few weeks, key players have suffered injuries and that has hampered the progress at Old Trafford. As a result, the Red Devils were ousted from the FA Cup and are now out of the top four in the PL again.

The international break has come at the worst possible time for United and now, more than a few players are facing injury concerns.

Transfer: Solskjaer has urged Man Utd to secure signing of £90million star

According to Mirror Sport, Man Utd have suffered another injury set-back after Ivorian center half Eric Bailly was involved in a collision and was subsequently subbed off against Rwanda.

In the attack, the likes of Romelu Lukaku, Marcus Rashford, Jesse Lingard and Anthony Martial withdrew from their respective national squads.

In the midfield, our star play breaker, Nemanja Matic faces a race against time to be fit for the game against Watford. On the other hand, in the back-line, Luke Shaw withdrew from the England squad.

The Red Devils are three points behind Spurs and two points behind Arsenal, who occupy the third and fourth spots in the Premier League table after 30 games.

We need to start another solid winning streak under Solskjaer, who definitely needs his key first team players fit to have a strong chance of qualifying for the next season’s Champions League.
