Chelsea superstar Eden Hazard has admitted that he is open to the possibility of reuniting with Manchester United manager Jose Mourinho.

Things might have ended poorly for Jose Mourinho at Chelsea in 2015 but it has to be noted that the Portuguese manager guided the Blues to the Premier League title during the 2014/15 campaign and the star player for the London side during the campaign was Eden Hazard.

£200,000-a-week player certainly seemed like he enjoyed a very strong relationship with Mourinho and despite talks that he was one of the key figures that caused the 54-year-old’s sacking from Chelsea in December 2015, the winger has now gone on to reveal that he is still open to the possibility of working with the current Manchester United manager.

In an interview with Belgian TV channel RTL, Hazard stated that playing under Real Madrid boss Zinedine Zidane is his dream and also added that reuniting with Mourinho once again would be a pleasure for him.

He said “Everyone knows the respect I have for Zidane as a player, but also as a manager. He was my idol. I do not know what will happen in my career in the future.

“However, for sure, to play under Zidane would be a dream. I am enjoying life at Chelsea. I still have a lot of things to achieve with them. I am focused on playing for Chelsea.

“Of course (I would enjoy working with Mourinho again). I like facing him also as an opponent. If we were to work together in the future it would be with pleasure.”
