Manchester United have to strengthen all the key departments in the summer transfer window.
As far as the midfield is concerned, a certain Spanish international is linked with a move to the Premier League and Man United have made a proposal to sign him
According to AS, Manchester United and Arsenal have made offers to sign Real Madrid midfielder Marcos Llorente. The Spanish outlet have mentioned that even Roma want to sign the Los Blancos player but he is most interested in moving to England.

In the presence of top quality midfielders like Kroos, Modric and Casemiro, Llorente has mainly been a bench warmer at the Bernabeu.
This season, the 24-year-old midfielder has mostly been on the treatment table and so far, he has only featured in 6 league fixtures for the Spanish giants.
Llorente is mainly a defensive midfielder but he can effectively play in the creative central midfield role as well.
As far as United are concerned, Matic is our first choice play breaker but he has been far too inconsistent in the current campaign and in my view, the Serbian must be sold and replaced in the upcoming transfer window.
On the other hand, I think Llorente, who has got a release clause (AS) of 200 million euros (£173million), is not good enough to become the team’s main holding midfield star.
We should look for a top quality player and in my opinion, Solskjaer should move to sign Tanguy Ndombele from Lyon.
I’d prefer Ole Gunnar Solskjaer to go for Tanguy Ndombele rather than Llorente.
