£290,000-a-week star wants to leave Manchester United

The Red Devils have started the campaign by earning only three points from the opening three PL games and at this moment, it looks like they cannot challenge for the title.

Manchester United hired the likes of Fred, Dalot and Grant to reinforce their team in the summer transfer window and opted to keep all the key players as well.

One superstar, who was constantly in the lime light in the summer transfer window is Man United’s record signing Paul Pogba. Reports suggest that the French international is looking to leave the Old Trafford club in the winter transfer window.

According to TuttoSport, the 25-year-old midfielder wants to return to Juventus. The Italian outlet have mentioned that Pogba’s relationship with Mourinho is poor and that’s why he wants to depart the Red Devils. It is further stated that he wants to move to the Old Lady to play with Cristiano Ronaldo.

Last season, the Les Bleus midfielder was average under Jose and only managed to score 6 goals in 37 games in all competitions. However, he was influential for the national side under Deschamps and won the World Cup.

This season, In three Premier League appearances, Pogba has scored two goals from the spot for United. If Mourinho is unable to stabilize and improve things at the club then we can expect the £290,000-a-week star (Express) to leave in the January transfer window.

United have been drawn up against Juventus in the Champions League group stages. It must be noted that as per the new rules introduced by UEFA this season, Pogba will not be cup-tied for the second half of the season if he opts to switch teams in the winter transfer window.
