The famous British source have mentioned that Ed Woodward wants to sign young English talent and believes that the 24-year-old playmaker would prove to be a hit at the club.

It is stated that Grealish has decided to leave the Birmingham based side at the end of the campaign whether or not they are relegated. Moreover, he has his heart is set on securing a move to Man United (The Star).

Grealish is too good for his boyhood club. He was their best player last term in which they qualified for the Premier League. Even this season, he has been the best player under the management of Dean Smith.

So, it is not surprising that he is looking to move away from the side, who might end up getting relegated again. They are currently 19th in the table after 28 games and will face Sheffield United when the PL will restart on Wednesday.

The English playmaker has so far directly contributed in 13 goals in 26 league appearances in the current campaign. He did find the net superbly against Man United at Old Trafford.

Aston Villa lost in the EFL Cup final to Man City and in that competition, Grealish scored 2 goals and provided 2 assists in just 3 starts.

As per The Star, United are looking to agree a deal worth £75million to hire his services but last month, Mirror Sport revealed that the Villa Park outfit want £80million from the sale of their superstar playmaker.
