Manchester United have been linked with Jack Grealish for quite some time and the latest reports seem highly positive for the Red Devils.
According to The Express, the 24-year-old playmaker has taken a step closer to signing for Man United after finding a home to purchase in the North-West. The Aston Villa skipper has told his friends that he has found a place.

The renowned British source have mentioned that the Old Trafford boss wants the English star to link up with Portuguese international Bruno Fernandes, who has been exceptional since joining the club in the winter transfer window.
Earlier this month, The Star reported that Grealish is prepared to leave Villa even if they avoid relegation and he wants to move to Man Utd.
As far as the price tag is concerned, on June 16, The Mail claimed that the Red Devils are in pole position to sign the playmaker but the Birmingham based side are demanding a fee of £80million for their captain. The same valuation has been mentioned by The Express as well.
Grealish has so far scored 9 goals (top scorer) and provided 8 assists (top goal creator) for Aston Villa in the current campaign. He scored a stunning goal at Old Trafford that left a top class goalie like David De Gea stranded.
However, since February, he has neither scored a goal nor provided any assist for Dean Smith’s side.
Since the return of football, he has featured in all four league games for full 90 minutes but in all fairness, his performances have been highly average. Perhaps, his heart is already set on securing a move away from his boyhood club.
Manchester United do need to improve their midfield and attacking departments in the summer transfer window and Jack Grealish is a versatile talent, who can play in both areas.
