As reported by Calcio Mercato, Manchester United’s hopes of signing PSG midfielder Marco Verratti could be aided by agent Mino Raiola.
Manchester United are clearly intent on bringing in a new midfielder to Old Trafford this summer and the likes of Nemanja Matic, Toni Kroos and Renato Sanches have all strongly been linked to the Premier League giants.
Recently though, reports linking PSG superstar Marco Verratti with a move to United has been gaining a lot of traction and manager Jose Mourinho is said to be keen on acquiring the services of the Italian international.
PSG are adamant that they are not looking to sell Verratti and even Barcelona are said to have failed with their pursuit of the 24-year-old earlier on in the summer.
Nonetheless, United are likely to continue with their pursuit of Verratti and Calcio Mercato have inferred that super agent Mino Raiola could help the Red Devils acquire the ex-Pescara star.
Raiola helped broker the transfers of Zlatan Ibrahimovic, Paul Pogba, Romelu Lukaku and Henrikh Mkhitaryan to Old Trafford in recent times and it is being suggested that Verratti could be the next big name player set to be guided to Manchester by the Italian agent.
