Shakhtar Donetsk midfielder Fred has dropped a huge hint that he could be joining Manchester United this summer. The 25-year-old has recently liked a comment on social media welcoming him to Old Trafford.
A recent report from Express claimed that United have already agreed on a £53million for the proposed transfer and Fred has now reacted on Instagram by liking a fans post welcoming him to the club.

Express also stated that Fred’s latest statement wouldn’t suggest a move is in the pipeline.
“Maybe after the World Cup I will make the choice,” he said.
“Now I am only thinking about the World Cup.”
United have been linked with Fred over the past few months and it now appears that the deal is close to completion with reports suggesting an announcement could be made prior to the summer World Cup.
Nevertheless, the midfielder has not given much away regarding the transfer in his recent interview where he suggested that he is only focusing on his job with the Brazilian national side.
Fred is widely expected to replace the retired Michael Carrick in the United squad but there could yet be another midfield signing this summer, should Marouane Fellaini pursue a fresh challenge elsewhere.
As things stand, Fellaini has yet to extend his contract beyond the end of next month and he could potentially ply his trade for a new club by the time the World Cup concludes in July.
