Star returns – Man Utd’s strongest possible 4-3-3 XI vs Burnley

Jose Mourinho

After back to back defeats against Brighton and Tottenham, Manchester United find themselves in 13th place in the Premier League.

Next up, the Red Devils will collide against Burnley away from home and the visitors must earn all three points to bounce back.

As far as Jose Mourinho’s team news is concerned, we can expect the Portuguse manager to make more than a few changes in the team that started in the defeat against Spurs last weekend.

Star playmaker Alexis Sanchez  started on the bench vs the north Londoners and tomorrow, he should get the nod to start in the XI. The Chilean international will likely partner Lingard and Lukaku in the attack.

The likes of Pogba, Matic and Fred should start in the center of the park for the Red Devils.

As far as the defense is concerned, Mourinho played a three at the back formation vs Tottenham and paid the price. We can expect four at the back vs the Clarets.

Phil Jones picked up a hamstring injury in the last game and he should be replaced by Lindelof. The Swede will probably partner Smalling in the central defense. In the full-back positions, the likes of Valencia and Shaw could retain their starting places.

Here is Man Utd’s strongest possible 4-3-3 XI vs Burnley.
