Manchester United are improving their key departments this summer and another top player has agreed a long term contract with the Red Devils.

We know that Sofyan Amrabat has an agreement with the Old Trafford outfit. A renowned journalist has revealed the figures and length of the contract as well.

Transfer: £21.4m+ star will complete move to Man Utd this week – Report

According to Italian reporter, Nicolo Schira, the Moroccan international has agreed a deal that will make him earn 4 million euros a season, 20 million euros in the next five years.

So, Amrabat is expected to seal a deal worth £17million until 2028 but first, United need to reach an agreement with Fiorentina to complete the move. The Viola are asking for a fee of 28 million euros.

Under the guidance of Erik ten Hag, Manchester United’s defense largely improved last season but in big games, they let in a lot of goals.

Arch rivals, Liverpool, and neighbors, Manchester City, scored seven (Anfield) and six goals (Etihad) against the 20-time English champions respectively.

Casemiro is a world class defensive midfielder but the veteran Brazilian international will turn 32 next year and surely, he is past his prime.

Therefore, a new holding midfield star must be signed and Amrabat, who was the best DM at the FIFA World Cup in Qatar, would be a top class addition.

We shall see how the transfer saga unfolds and will keep you updated.
