Argentine to join Pedro as United look to replace Di Maria

It’s that time again!

Every transfer window without fail Manchester United are linked with a specific set of players, and whilst they never come off, it has become somewhat of a tradition.

It wouldn’t be a trasfer window without a Sneijder rumour would it? Gareth Bale? Been on his way to Old Trafford since he met Sir Alex as a kid.

But one of the more interesting players United have been on the cusp of signing is Benfica’s Nicolas Gaitan and guess what? He’s on his way to Old Trafford again!

Gaitan was HEAVILY linked with move to United at the start of the transfer window but as expected things went quiet.

The attacker has racked up some serious airmiles with the amount of times he has been close to a United move, so what better time to make the move a reality than as a replacement for Angel Di Maria?

With the 27 year old winger set to join PSG in the immediate future United are looking to fill the worm shaped void in the side and have identified Barcelona’s Pedro, and according to reports in Argentina (rolls eyes) Gaitan.

Argentine paper La Nacion claim that the 27 year old Benfica star will finally complete a move away from Benfica, having threatened to do so since 2011.

We’re bored of this already.

  1. We will only know if both this transfers (Gaitan and Pedro)are true, when Gaitan & Pedro signs on the dotted line and take a picture with LVG with MU shirt. Till then all these are total fucked up rumours. Every day last week, we were told that both these players are signing and that is to happen within hours, now i think it is more then 168 hours, still we dont have any confirmed status of these 2 players. Totally fed up with these rumours, pls have some credibility when you write something. If always there is no truth in what you are writing, then it is totally worthless to write and waste of time.
