Manchester United have been linked with Ansu Fati for some time and the latest reports going on in the Catalan media are intriguing.
Last month, Sport revealed that Man Utd are willing to submit an offer to hire the services of the Spanish international from Barcelona.
More recently, at the weekend, the renowned media outlet have revealed (news image provided below) that Barcelona are ready to sell the young playmaker to raise funds.
It is reported that the Blaugrana can only secure key signings next summer by selling players first.
In such a scenario, the five-time European champions are prepared to listen to offers for attackers like Fati, Ferran Torres and Raphinha.
Sport claim multiple clubs are very interested in luring the 20-year-old from the Nou Camp outfit, “especially Manchester United”.
This season, the La Roja starlet has directly contributed in 10 goals in all competitions under the guidance of Xavi but the dilemma is that he has mainly warmed the bench.
So far, he has only stared 10 games in the league and needs to leave Barca to play week in and week out.
Fati can feature on either flank and even as a center forward if needed and such a versatile talent would largely improve Man United, who lack quality and depth in their offense.
He still has a long term contract with the La Liga leaders, who would allow him to leave for a fee of £88m (Sport).
In your view, should Man Utd submit an offer to secure his signing in the summer transfer window?
