According to reports carried out by the Daily Star, Barcelona are interested in signing Manchester United duo Eric Bailly and Marcus Rashford.
Barcelona have enjoyed a stunning start to their La Liga campaign so far, winning 10 out of their first 11 matches but despite this fine record, many have still not been left impressed with the Catalan giant’s performances.
Rather than playing their traditional attractive possession based football, Barcelona are grinding out results instead and in order to bring back the aesthetically pleasing style of play at the Nou Camp, the club are looking to acquire a number of players during the January transfer window.
Now according to reports from the Daily Star, Manchester United duo Eric Bailly and Marcus Rashford are among the two players who have been shortlisted as targets to pursue by the Barcelona scouting team.
It has been revealed that chiefs Robert Fernandez and Urbano Ortega cast a close eye on Bailly and Rashford during Manchester United’s 1-0 defeat against Chelsea at Stamford Bridge on Sunday and the Spaniards could look to launch a big money swoop for the duo soon.
