The renowned Italian news source have mentioned that the Red Devils moved in with a fixed fee of 80 million euros plus 20 million euros in add-ons for the Samba star.

Now, they are preparing to raise the offer and are willing to agree a fixed fee of 90 million euros (£76m) to sign the Olympic Gold medalist from the Dutch giants.

It is stated that the indirect confirmation of Antony’s imminent departure is the likely return of Hakim Ziyech to the Eredivisie side.

The representatives of the Morrocan international have met with the management at Ajax in order to strike a deal that will bring the playmaker back to Amsterdam from Chelsea.

Antony directly contributed in over 20 goals under Ten Hag last season. This term, in the opening three fixtures, the 22-year-old has netted 2 goals and provided as many assists.

However, in the last league game, manager, Alfred Schreuder, opted to keep the South American not only out of the starting XI but out of the squad.

The transfer saga is at its peak at the moment. With just over a week left in the summer transfer window, it remains to be seen whether Ten Hag can secure his signing. The Red Devils surely need to act fast.

In your opinion, should Man Utd agree a fixed fee worth £76m for Antony?
