Jadon Sancho Dortmund

The future of Jadon Sancho at Borussia Dortmund has been uncertain for a very long time but if the latest reports are to be believed, then it should be resolved soon.

According to an exclusive story published by The Sun, Man United are close to agreeing a deal with the German club to hire the services of the winger, who is valued at £100million.

Transfer: Man Utd have made contact to steal signing of £54million forward – Journalist

The well-known British media outlet have revealed that the 20-year-old wants to seal a move to Man United and Solskjaer wants the Three Lions star to have an all English attack with Rashford and Greenwood.

Not sure how our boss is planning to field his starting XI if he does end up luring Sancho. Greenwood has mainly excelled for us while playing on the right flank and Sancho is a natural right winger.

Rashford remains irreplaceable on the left flank, so, I think the current Dortmund star would replace Greenwood in the starting lineup if he joins us.

The 18-year-old can also play as a striker but Solskjaer has mainly utilized Martial in the No.9 role this season. Nevertheless, our offense would largely improve by signing Sancho, who was brilliant for BvB in the recently concluded campaign.

In the German league, he directly contributed in 34 goals (17 goals and 17 assists) in just 25 starts under the guidance of Lucien Favre. In all competitions, he scored 20 goals and provided as many assists in 36 starts.

Last year, he signed a lucrative deal with the Bundesliga side worth £9.8million-a-year (The Mail). So, it will be fair to say that the young attacker would be looking for a bumper pay rise to move to Old Trafford.

In your opinion, how should Man United line up after signing Jadon Sancho?

  1. If Sancho join the Squad, Sancho should be given number 7 jersey, Martial to maintain 9, Rashford 11 and Bruno to wear 10 jerseys respectively.
