Manchester United are closing in to seal the signing of Sofyan Amrabat as they have now reached Fiorentina’s asking fee.
Yesterday, we covered a story via Corriere dello Sport stating that the Red Devils are preparing to offer 25 million euros for the Moroccan but the Viola want minimum 30 million euros.

On the other hand, last week, La Gazzetta Dello Sport revealed, the Serie A side a maximum fee of 35 million euros (£30million) from the sale of the 26-year-old play breaker.
As per an exclusive report covered by Sport Italia last night, Man Utd have now presented a bid worth £30million to sign Amrabat from Fiorentina.
The news source have mentioned that the Red Devils are now just a step away from completing the signing of the African star.
After Morocco’s World Cup semi final defeat against the Les Bleus, France president, Emmanuel Macron, personally went to the Atlas Lions’ dressing room and told Amrabat that he has been “the best midfielder of the tournament” (Romano).
Erik ten Hag knows all about the qualities of the solid holding midfield star as he was the one who gave him his breakthrough in Europe at Utrecth.
We know the Fiorentina star has already agreed personal terms of a contract with the Old Trafford outfit. So, it will not come as any surprise if the deal is completed very soon.
Amrabat may not get straight into the starting XI because at Man Utd, the first choice defensive midfielder is Brazil captain, Casemiro.
