Rangers are keen on a double swoop for Manchester United duo Ethan Hamilton and Scott McTominay, according to reports from the Daily Star.
Rangers were widely touted to be challenging Celtic for the Scottish Premier League title this season following their huge investment in the summer transfer window but unfortunately, that has not proven to be the case so far.
Following a poor start to the season, Rangers already find themselves nine points off of Celtic at the top of the table and the Gers are currently even struggling to move into one of the Europa League positions.
In order to improve their fortunes, Rangers are now expected to make more signings during the upcoming January transfer window and now according to reports from the Daily Star, the Scottish giants are plotting a surprise double swoop for Manchester United duo of Ethan Hamilton and Scott McTominay.
Both Hamilton and McTominay are among the most highly rated young players in the Manchester United academy at the moment and the Red Devils would probably be open to allowing the duo to gain experience by joining Rangers this winter.
