Another day and we have another rumour from Portugal linking Bruno Fernandes with a move to Manchester United. This time, reports suggest that the Old Trafford side are readying a move to sign the Seleccao star.
Few days back, Correio da Manha exclusively reported that the Red Devils are best placed to hire the services of the Sporting CP attacker.
Transfer: Report – Man Utd could move to sign £89million playmaker and £45million midfielder
Today, Record have covered an exclusive report on the subject and revealed that Man United are preparing a proposal to lure the 24-year-old player.
The Portuguese outlet have mentioned that United’s interest in Fernandes is gaining strength and the player’s agent has basically told the Lisbon based club that he wants his client to end up at Old Trafford.
Furthermore, the report suggests that the Primeira Liga club are looking to get 70 million euros (£62million) from the sale of their prized asset.
As a Man United supporter, I would absolutely love the club to secure the signature of Bruno Fernandes.
Last season, the top two teams in the Premier League scored (Man City) 95 goals and (Liverpool) 89 goals respectively. On the other hand, United only scored 65 goals. So, we definitely need more goals to challenge the best of teams in the next campaign.
In such a scenario, Fernandes, who has the ability to regularly create and score goals, would be a fantastic signing for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.
Unlike our record signing, Paul Pogba, the Portuguese international consistently performed well throughout the entire last campaign and was able to directly contribute in 50 goals (32 goals)
It would be a great achievement for a top class center forward if he scores 32 goals in a season. Therefore, the fact that a CAM has scored so many goals makes it all the more impressive an achievement.
In your view, should United splash the cash to lure Fernandes?
Which one is readying? No time to waste, just go and get Bruno for us.
We need nothing less than six (6) signings, One reliable forward, two midfielders, one center back, one right back and one winger.
With this, we can afford to sell four players.
Let the deal done please mr woodward at any price because he is directly perfect replacement for paul pogba
Yes! Fernandes is a good player, we need somebody like him.
