Man Utd are a club in transition and currently are not blessed with most well-rounded of squads. They have had a dismal season thus far in the Premier League and changed managers mid-season without much results.
The Red Devils have not been afraid to make difficult calls in the January transfer window, moving on players like Marcus Rashford and Antony, albeit temporarily and will have to make more such calls in the upcoming transfer window.

Once they sell players, they will then be moving to sign new players who can help propel Amorim’s project. One player that Man Utd were interested in some time back was Southampton youngster Tyler Dibling who was said to cost around £55m just a month back.
Now, as per the same source, Caught Offside, the asking fee for Dibling is quite low and Man Utd have been told that an offer of around £33.8m will get the deal done. The youngster could be on his way to another club with the Saints expected to go down.
Dibling has been having a breakthrough season in the Premier League thus far and is considered one of the more talented young players going around. The 19-year-old is versatile and can operate as an attacking-midfielder, right-winger and through the middle.
The teenager has played 29 times across all competitions for the Saints so far this season, scoring four goals and providing two assists. With not much to smile about for Southampton, Dibling has been one of the lone shining lights to get behind.
At such a young age, a move to a club like Man Utd could prove to be daunting but considering that the Red Devils need players who can move the project forward, Dibling might actually find himself get a lot of game time at Old Trafford.
It remains to be seen if Man Utd make a concrete move for Dibling in the summer. It would be a very good coup if the club manage to land him and let’s wait and see how it plays out.
