Manchester United easily won their FA Cup contest at the weekend but now need a mountain to climb to progress in the Carabao Cup against Man City, who won the first semi final leg 3-1 at Old Trafford.

Earlier in the campaign, the Red Devils defeated the Sky Blues at the Etihad Stadium but Guardiola now has his star defender back in the form of Aymeric Laporte.

As far as the team news is concerned, we can expect Solskjaer to make several changes in the lineup that started vs Tranmere Rovers.

Lindelof, Jones and Maguire were impressive at the back may retain their starting positions, however, De Gea could return to start in the goal in place of Romero.

The likes of Wan-Bissaka and Williams could return to start in the wing-back positions. In the midfield, Fred may return in place of Pereira partner Nemanja Matic.
