Manchester United hit 36 shots, 13 on target, but still needed a 93rd-minute goal to earn all three points against Omonia in the Europa League.

Today, the Red Devils will face Newcastle United, who have only lost a single game in the Premier League this term and won their last two games.

Dutch boss, Erik ten Hag, may make four changes to the squad that started on Thursday night vs the club from Cyprus.

David De Gea will likely retain his place in the goal and in front of the Spanish shot-stopper, we can expect Varane to return to start with Martinez in the center back positions.

Luke Shaw may get the nod to replace summer signing, Tyrell Malacia in the left-back role.

In the center of the park, marquee signing, Casemiro, should start again, however, Fred could be benched and in his place, Christian Eriksen will likely return.

As far as the attack is concerned, Ronaldo failed to score vs Omonia but the Portuguese superstar may start again as the main center forward.

Behind the Seleccao striker, the likes of Antony and Fernandes should retain their respective positions in the attacking midfield. Sancho could replace Rashford to feature on the left flank.

Man Utd’s strongest possible 4-2-3-1: De Gea; Dalot, Varane, Martinez, Shaw; Casemiro, Eriksen; Antony, Fernandes, Sancho; Ronaldo.
