How Man Utd could line up with £200,000-a-week forward

Kane and Son Spurs

Manchester United completed the league double over Man City by beating their neighbors and rivals 2-0 at Old Trafford yesterday.

Goals from Martial and McTominay sealed the victory for the Red Devils, who remain in the hunt for Champions League qualification.

Transfer: 16 goals/assists attacker wants to secure Man United move

As far as the transfers are concerned, recent reports (Goal) suggest that Tottenham star Harry Kane is considering a move to sign for Manchester United.

The question is, how would Man Utd line up with the £200,000-a-week star (Mirror Sport) if he does end up moving to Old Trafford?

Last summer, we sold a proven PL goalscorer in the form of Romelu Lukaku and the Belgian has not been replaced as yet. The former Chelsea star has performed fantastically well for Inter Milan this season and Woodward must splash the cash to replace him.

Martial has mainly started as the main striker up front this term but the former Monaco man is not a natural striker and has mostly played on the flanks in his career.

Kane is a proven quality world class star, who is definitely going to cost a lot if Solskjaer opts to sign him from Spurs in the summer. Furthermore, unlike Martial, the Three Lions captain is an out and out center forward.

The 26-year-old’s goal-scoring record in the top flight of English football is much better than Lukaku and therefore, he should get straight into our starting lineup.

Martial has done well in the current campaign but if Kane joins then our French forward might end up sitting on the bench more often than not.

Here is how Man Utd could line up with Harry Kane:

  1. Bringing Kane to Old Trafford is not a problem, but we need to buy players who would be good ball players to enable us be a possessive team.
I don’t like the way Man City is dominating us each time we play them.
I also observe that Man U lack marking ability, we need to improve in the area of marking and ball possession. Though we are good at counter attack , most especially when we have Martial, James and Rashford in the attack.
Based on Solksjaer submission that he needs 3 players, we need to sign the players he needs to enable Man U compete for the EPL and CL next season.

  2. Well, Harry Kane Is a complete player but sincerely speaking, united need a fresh talented striker like wanna.we must believe that united we need a striker(s) who can score atleast 20 goals a season.talk of kane, wanna, halaand,to mention but a few.let #red stay.
