As per reports going on in the media, Manchester United are heavily linked with Spanish international Saul Niguez.
Few days back, we covered a report (via The Mail) claiming that the the Red Devils are ready to offer Solskjaer cash so that he can pursue the signing of the Atletico Madrid star.

More recently, The Telegraph have reported that the Rojiblancos are prepared to let their prized asset, who has a release clause of around £125million, leave for just £85million if he wants to depart when the transfer window opens.
The British source have stated that the Old Trafford club are attracted to his energy that is much needed in the squad mainly due to the absence of record signing Paul Pogba.
The French World Cup winning star has never performed consistently for us and if someone like Niguez can replace him, then I think that the supporters would be extremely delighted.
Saul can effectively play anywhere on the pitch but naturally, he is a box to box midfielder, who can dribble and strike the ball well. Back in 2016, he went past three Bayern Munich players and scored a sublime solo goal in the semis to knock the German giants out of the Champions League.
At the weekend, Atletico Madrid defeated Osasuna 2-0 and the 25-year-old scored his team’s second goal of the game. The versatile star has already made 19 appearances for La Furia Roja and scored three goals.
We do lack quality and depth in the central midfield after not replacing the likes of Marouane Fellaini and Ander Herrera, who left Man Untied in the past two transfer windows. In such a scenario, Niguez would be a top addition if Solskjaer can somehow get his signing done.
We shall see how the transfer saga unfolds in the winter transfer window.
