Transfer: Man Utd could submit bid to sign £25million playmaker – Report

According to Bild, Man City are now focusing on signing Dortmund star, Erling Haaland, and Man United are in pole position to lure Harry Kane.

The renowned German news source have stated that former Spurs boss, Mauricio Pochettino, could end up joining the Red Devils in the summer and may move to re-unite with Kane, who excelled big time under the Argentine manager.

The 28-year-old is a proven Premier League star. Last season, he won the Golden Boot and Playmaker awards by finishing the campaign with most goals and assists.

As far as the current campaign is concerned, so far, in 36 appearances in all competitions, the Three Lions captain has netted 18 goals and provided 4 assists.

Kane’s current contract with the north London club will expire in the summer of 2024 and he earns a salary of around £200,000 a week (The Mail).

In your view, should Man Utd splash the cash to secure his signing in the next transfer window?

  1. In what way are Man United linked with Kane. The Sun make up a story; lots of blogs repeat it and Kane is linked to Man United. Kane is currently playing for a team who aren’t winning trophies. Why would he move to a team who aren’t winning trophies? It’s Man City or stay at Tottenham. Simple
