Manchester United remain heavily linked with Victor Osimhen and the latest reports going on in the media are quite intriguing.
According to Il Mattino, Man United are prepared to submit an irrefusable offer to sign the Nigerian international from Napoli in the summer.
The famous Italian media outlet have mentioned that the Serie A side want to extend the player’s contract but he is tempted to move to England.
Osimhen wants to play in the Premier League and the Red Devils are ‘really ready’ to put an offer on Napoli’s table that cannot be refused.
As far as the valuation is concerned, it is stated that Aurelio de Laurentiis wants 150 million euros for his prized asset and would not even sit down to talk for anything less. The 24-year-old striker currently takes home around £85,000-a-week (GdS).
Il Mattino claim Osimhen is one of the top five forwards in the world and by moving to the Premier League, he could become one of the highest paid players in the world.
So, Napoli would not stand in his way if he wants to leave but they will only allow the sale for 150 million euros.
This means Man Utd will have to break the British transfer record if they are to secure the signing of the African superstar.
This term, so far, the former Lille forward has started 26 games in all competitions and directly contributed in 30 goals (25 goals and 5 assists).
Should Man United offer 150 million euros to sign Osimhen?
