As per reports going on in the media, the Old Trafford outfit are looking to hire the services of Italian international and Sassuolo star, Davide Frattesi.

According to La Gazzetta Dello Sport, in recent months, the 23-year-old central midfielder has been a wanted player in the market.

The likes of Inter Milan and AS Roma have tracked him for quite some time, on the other hand, in the Premier League, Tottenham and above all, Man Utd want to secure his signing.,

Frattesi’s current contract with the Neroverdi will expire in 2026 and GdS claim that he is valued at around 35 million euros (£30.6million).

Last season, the youngster directly contributed in 8 goals (4 goals and 4 assists) in the Italian Serie A. As far as the current campaign is concerned, so far, in 9 league starts, he has netted 3 goals under the management of Alessio Dionisi.

Back in June, the midfielder made his debut for the senior national side in the UEFA Nations League. He made four appearances in the competition and helped the Azzurri earn top spot in the group.
