Leny Yoro France

Manchester United are hell-bent on signing Leny Yoro even though his heart has been set on moving to the Bernabeu from Lille.

According to The Guardian, the Red Devils have agreed a deal with the French club for the transfer of the 18-year-old center back.

Transfer: £45m Napoli target ‘close’ to signing for Man Utd, ‘promised’ to the Red Devils

The renowned news source have mentioned that Man Utd have agreed to make an initial payment of £41.9m (50 million euros) and £10m (12 million euros) in add-ons and objectives.

Now, they are negotiating personal terms of a contract with his agents.

According to an exclusive story covered by Caught Offside, despite the player’s preference, the Old Trafford outfit are favorites over Real Madrid to close the operation.

The Los Blancos have only offered 40 million euros and it is not surprising that Lille are pushing for Yoro to join Man Utd instead.

Apart from paying the higher fee, CO claim Man Utd are ready to agree a five year deal and offer him higher wages than what he would earn with the Spanish giants.

The European Champions can wait for a year to sign him on a Bosman but would Yoro snub a huge salary for a year to join Madrid?

Turns out, the answer is no as according to The Athletic, Yoro is now willing to finalize terms to move to Man Utd, who are now set to beat CL clubs like Madrid, PSG and Liverpool for his signature.

United cannot offer a better sporting project than Real, in fact, no one can, but they are a historic club with prestige and joining them will be a step up in his career.
