Manchester United are consistently linked with top quality players and one of them is Jack Grealish.
The Aston Villa skipper has been in the lime light for quite some time and as per latest reports, the Red Devils believe they can hire his services in the summer.
According to The Evening Standard, Man Utd believe £60million could get the key signing sealed and Grealish is considered a cheaper alternative to Leicester City star James Maddison.
The British source have reported that Old Trafford outfit are looking to bolster numerous key departments in the summer and they are linked with the the following players:
- Erling Haaland (Dortmund)
- Moussa Dembele (Lyon)
- Timo Werner (Leipzig)
- Jadon Sancho (Dortmund)
- Donny van de Beek (Ajax)
- Jack Grealish (Aston Villa)
- James Maddison (Leicester)
- Matthijs de Ligt (Juventus)
- Kalidou Koulibaly (Napoli)
The Aston Villa skipper has been the club’s best player this season. He has not only scored the highest number of goals but has also provided the most assists under the management of Dean Smith.
The 24-year-old is naturally a CAM but this term, he has mostly been deployed on the left wing. Not to forget, the English attacker scored a world class goal against Man Utd at Old Trafford.
We have already signed a central attacking midfielder in the form of Bruno Fernandes, who has been excellent since completing his move from Primeira Liga side Sporting CP, so, he must always play in the No. 10 role for us.
If we can seal the signing of Grealish then he should be utilized in the wide attacking positions or in the central midfield, where we seriously lack quality and depth.
In your view, who should Man United sign to strengthen their squad in the summer transfer window?
