Manchester United’s record signing Paul Pogba has been inconsistent under the management of current boss Jose Mourinho and the French international’s future at Old Trafford is up in the air.
Reports in the media (TuttoSport) have suggested that the former Juventus midfielder wants to leave the Red Devils in order to return to the Old Lady and to play with star playmaker Cristiano Ronaldo.
More recently, it has been indicated that Mourinho could accept Pogba’s desire to return to the Turin based club.

According to Calcio Mercato, the Portuguese boss could be willing to secure a major deal by signing Argentine international and Juve star Paulo Dybala in exchange of Pogba.
The South American attacker is a world class talent. Last season, in 33 Serie A games for the Italian giants, he directly contributed in 27 goals (22 goals and 5 assists).
However, at the World Cup, he was mainly a bench warmer for the La Albiceleste and now, Mandzukic is the preferred partner of Ronaldo in the strike-force and in such a situation, Dybala could leave (Calcio Mercato).
The former Palermo star’s current contract with the Serie A champions will expire in 2022 and at the moment, he is earning around £110,000-a-week (The Mail).
