Gazzetta claim having already ‘reached an agreement on Andre’s salary’, the first offer from Man Utd could arrive this week.
It is reported that the Nerazzurri’s official request is 60 million euros (£51.5m), however, the Red Devils could go as far as 50 million euros plus bonuses.
Erik ten Hag has himself assured his former player that Man Utd will do everything to sign him.
Onana was a top class keeper for Ajax in the Eredivisie, moreover, he impressed big time in Italy in his debut season with Inter Milan.
The shot stopper kept the highest number of clean sheets in the European Cup and won two domestic titles with the Serie A giants.
