Manchester United are now getting closer and closer to signing Cameroonian shot stopper, Andre Onana, from Inter Milan.
According to a story covered by La Gazzetta Dello Sport today (news image provided below), the African star is ‘close’ to moving to Man United and the Nerazzurri are already looking to replace him.

The famous Italian media outlet claim that De Gea’s contract at Old Trafford will expire tomorrow and once the door is closed on the Spaniard, it will open for Onana.
Gazzetta claim Man Utd have now ‘decided’ to pay the fee requested by Inter, i.e. 50 million euros plus bonuses, to lure the 27-year-old.
The San Siro outfit are targeting the likes of Shakhtar’s Anatoliy Trubin and Brentford’s David Raya to replace the former Ajax man at the club.
Moreover, experienced stars like Navas, Lloris and Sommer are also on the radar of the Serie A side.
Onana kept the highest number of clean sheets in the Champions League last term and in the KO stages, he only conceded in two out of seven games.
Apart from his positioning and shot stopping talent, the goalie is good with his feet, which is exactly why Erik ten Hag has requested Man Utd to complete the signing.
To sum it all up, it will not come as any surprise to see Andre Onana move to Old Trafford in the coming days.
