Manchester United are looking to improve their midfield and once again, the name of Jude Bellingham is in the focus.
According to a report covered by Corriere dello Sport yesterday (news image provided below), Man United are in negotiations with Borussia Dortmund to sign the England international.

However, the Italian news source have mentioned that the talks appear complicated because the German side are reluctant to lose Bellingham having already sold Erling Haaland this summer.
It is stated that Man Utd would like to bring the former Birmingham City starlet to Old Trafford and earlier this month, The Athletic revealed that a fee of around £80million could secure a deal.
Man United will be losing Matic and Pogba at the end of the month, therefore, they need to adequately strengthen the midfield department. In my view, Bellingham would be a much better option than De Jong due to his versatility.
The 18-year-old boy is one of the most complete midfielders around. He has proved to be effective in the No.6, No.8 and No.10 roles for BvB. On the other hand, 25-year-old De Jong has only excelled in the No.6 role.
Last season, the the teenage sensation featured in 44 games for Dortmund and directly contributed in 20 goals (6 goals and 14 assists).
The youngster has already made 14 appearances for the senior national side and would likely be part of the Three Lions’ World Cup squad. In your view, should Man Utd splash £80million to sign Jude Bellingham?
Hindsight is wonderful…He only signed for Dortmund as he thought he would not get first team game time at OT. He would have walked into the side !!!
