The Norwegian international signed for Real Madrid back in 2015 but in all these years, he has made just two appearances for the Los Blancos’ first team.
Naturally, Odegaard is a right winger, but he can effectively play anywhere in the attacking third. In the last campaign, he played on loan with Dutch side Vitesse, scored 11 goals and provided 12 assists in 39 appearances.

Would he improve our team? Would he solve our problem? Yes and No. We NEED a defensive central midfielder to shore up the hole in our midfield and while Odegaard is a good player he won’t fill that hole. I believ all this speculation is a smoke screen to try and force Madrid into playing him or to boost his profile to get a big paying move.
