According to a story covered by AS today (press image provided below), the 19-year-old central midfielder is rated at £79million (90 million euros) and will be out of contract in the summer of 2025.
In such a scenario, Dortmund are preparing to agree a lucrative new deal with Bellingham to more than double his salary. Moreover, they want to add a release clause of 150 million euros.
It is stated that Real Madrid, Liverpool and Chelsea have been heavily interested in acquiring the services of the England international and now, Man Utd are also moving in.
The Spanish news source have reported that Man Utd are restlessly moving to agree the signing of Jude Bellingham to secure the long-term future of the club.
The Reds and the Blues have been making efforts to get close to the player, on the other hand, the Bernabeu outfit do not want the player to agree a new deal as they can only afford to pay (max) 100 million euros to sign him.
Bellingham scored 6 goals and provided 14 assists in the last campaign. This season, so far, he has netted 3 goals in 10 appearances for Dortmund, who will collide against Koln in the German league today.
Man Utd need an energetic midfielder like the Three Lions starlet. Will they be able to agree his signing? Only time will tell.
