Manchester United have had a blockbuster transfer window so far, bringing in five high-profile acquisitions.
However, their start to the season has been in complete contrast, with the team losing two out of their first three games.

A last-minute loss to Brighton & Hove Albion was followed by a 3-0 thrashing at the hands of arch-rivals Liverpool. Having been backed with so many signings, Erik ten Hag is under immense pressure to make it work as soon as possible.
It looks like Man Utd might have made another signing on deadline day to sign an established star. As per Spanish source, Fichajes, Man Utd made a move to try and sign Bayern Munich winger Kingsley Coman who was available.
Arsenal, Chelsea and Tottenham Hotspur also made efforts to sign the 28-year-old French winger. Despite Bayern Munich willing to sanction an exit this summer, the transfer fell through with the player ending up staying in Germany.
Should Man Utd have signed Kingsley Coman?
Kingsley Coman is a serial winner, having won the league title in France, Italy and Germany in all his seasons as a professional footballer except the last one, which Bayer Leverkusen grabbed by the scruff of the neck.
Should Man Utd have made a £42m bid, Coman could have been at Old Trafford now.
Having let Sancho go on deadline day, the temptation to bring in someone like Coman would have been high for Man Utd but with the likes of Amad Diallo, Alejandro Garnacho, Antony and Marcus Rashford in the squad, Ten Hag has enough options.
Coman’s injury record is not the greatest and the last thing Man Utd will want is yet another player prone to injuries at the club.
Thus, letting this opportunity pass is not the worst thing to happen for the club. Let’s see if Dan Ashworth & co. make a move for the Bayern winger in future transfer windows.
