Adrien Rabiot France

Manchester United were unable to lure Adrien Rabiot last summer and reportedly plot a massive offer to sign the French international this year.

Back in August 2022, the Red Devils agreed a fee with Juventus to hire the £120,000 a week player. His agent mother, Veronique, demanded a salary worth £170,000 a week to move to Old Trafford (La Gazzetta Dello Sport).

In the end, the 27-year-old did not leave the Bianconeri and the Premier League club splashed the cash to sign Casemiro from Real Madrid.

Now, as per Football Insider, Man Utd plot a big offer to finally sign Rabiot, who would demand massive wages being a free agent in the summer.

The 35-capped international won every major domestic prize in France before moving to Italy and he has won every domestic title with the Old Lady.

This season, the versatile midfielder has so far scored 7 goals and provided a couple of assists for Juventus under the management of Allegri.

Rabiot was an important member of Didier Deschamps’ squad that reached the final of the FIFA World Cup in Qatar last year. He impressed big time in the absence of N’Golo Kante and Paul Pogba.

The Frenchman has ample quality and experience under his belt and will turn 28 next month.

In your opinion, should Man Utd agree a huge deal to sign Adrien Rabiot for free in the summer?
