Manchester United do not have long left in the January transfer window to reinforce the squad, despite the need being obvious.

The Red Devils are in a dire state in the Premier League so far this season and will need to do something spectacular in the second half to make something of it.

News – Man Utd prepared to raise bid, confident to secure signing under £33million – Report

The Red Devils have a number of areas in the current squad that need reinforcements. In fact, they could do with improvements at every single position on the field and they need to start being decisive in these last days of the transfer window.

Now, as per Spanish source, Fichajes, Man Utd are preparing a significant first offer to sign talented Real Madrid playmaker Brahim Diaz. Having played previously at Man City, this transfer might not go down well with the Old Trafford faithful.

Diaz has impressed most times he has played for Real Madrid but he is not a regular starter under Carlo Ancelotti. The Moroccan has played 24 times across all competitions for Los Blancos, scoring three goals and providing five assists.

The 25-year-old has a contract with the club until 2027. He has so much talent and sitting on the Real Madrid bench isn’t going to get him to where he can, in his career. The £118,000 a week player would get that at Man Utd.

Diaz can play anywhere across the front three for Man Utd in Ruben Amorim’s system. He has both the vision to pick out a pass and the finish to consistently chip in with goals. Oh, also, did we mention that he possesses a magical left foot?

It Man Utd fans put the Man City factor behind them, they will be signing a player with immense quality who can almost instantly improve the team.

He also has the know-how of winning trophies, something that most Real Madrid players learn and let’s wait and see how it plays out.
