‘Achieved everything’ – Man Utd prepared to agree £5.2million a year deal for signing – Report

Erik ten Hag - Manchester United manager

If reports in the Italian media are to be believed, it will be massive surprise if Kim Min-Jae does not end up signing for Manchester United.

Earlier in the day, we covered a story (via Corriere dello Sport) stating that the Korean international is set to seal his move to Old Trafford next month.

Another source in the form of Corriere del Mezzogiorno (press image below) have also covered a report on the transfer saga today.

Kim landed in Korea and made a statement about his time in Napoli as if to suggest his business in Italy is complete. The 26-year-old stated:

“This season has been so intense, but I think I have achieved my goal and achieved everything I set out to do!”

Corriere del Mezzogiorno report the Red Devils are ready to tipple the wages to sign the World Cup 2022 central defender.

Kim Min-Jae takes home around 2 million euros per year (CN24), so, Man Utd are prepared to agree a deal worth £5.2m-a-year (6 million euros per year) to bring him to Old Trafford.

As far as the fee is concerned, the Italian source report something that has been reported for a while i.e. Ten Hag’s team is ready to pay the 60 million euros release clause to the Serie A champions.
