Manchester United’s attacking department has not been able to perform at the optimum level this term and in turn, Ten Hag has suffered.
In such a scenario, the Red Devils are looking to reinforce their strike-force and want to hire the services of Serhou Guirassy in the January transfer window.

The Guinean international has been in sensational form for Stuttgart this season and is also wanted by Newcastle United.
So far, in just nine Bundesliga starts, the 27-year-old striker has found the net 16 times, only two goals behind top scorer, Harry Kane.
Moreover, in two appearances in the DFB-Pokal thus far, he has directly contributed in 3 goals (2 goals and 1 assist).
Guirassy’s current contract with Stuttgart will expire in 2026 and it has a relatively low release clause of £15million.
In the summer, Man Utd broke the bank to sign Danish center forward, Rasmus Hojlund. He is the top scorer in the Champions League (5 goals) but has not scored a single goal in the Premier League (11 appearances).
Scott McTominay, a central midfielder, is currently the leading goal scorer for the Old Trafford outfit this term.
