Man Utd’s struggles thus far this season have been well-documented and need no real introduction. The Red Devils have not had the best of times in the Premier League, languishing 14th in the table and losing as many as 15 games.
Although the prestigious English club find itself in the semifinals of the Europa League, it is only a small relief that papers over the cracks of an otherwise troubled season.

It would help financially if the team were to win the continental competition and qualify for the Champions League.
This would not just enable the team financially but also help them attract a breed of players who want to play at the highest level in Europe. One such player, who Man Utd are ready to sign, as per The Sun, is Crystal Palace star Eberechi Eze.
Eze is one of the best young players coming up in the Premier League and has showcased his talent for the Eagles for quite some time now. In 36 games across all competitions this season, he has scored 7 goals and provided 11 assists.
The 26-year-old has a contract with Crystal Palace until 2027 and he should be available for a decent fee in the upcoming summer, with only a couple of years to go on his existing deal. A fee of around £50m for a player of his quality would be a no-brainer.
A very versatile forward, Eze is capable of occupying a variety of roles and playing in a number of positions. Predominantly an attacking midfielder, the Englishman is also capable of playing as a left winger or a left midfielder.
In Ruben Amorim’s system at Old Trafford, Eze would perfectly slot into the left inside-forward role in a 3-4-3. He has the perfect skillset to influence the game from this position and it would make a lot of sense for Man Utd to sign him.
A lot will ride on the fee that Crystal Palace demand to part ways with him in the summer. Being a proven Premier League star, this is the kind of player Man Utd should go all out for and let’s wait and see how it plays out in the coming months.
