According to Sport, Manchester United have have stepped up chase to sign the 23-year-old star, who was in fantastic form for the Dutch side in the last campaign. In 29 league outings, he netted 17 goals and provided 11 assists.

He started every game for the national side at the World Cup and scored the winning goal against Germany and provided a crucial assist vs South Korea. As far as this season is concerned, Lozano has already netted 4 goals in 5 league outings for PSV.

As per the provided Sport link, the Dutch champions do not want to lose their prized asset even for a fee worth 40-50 million euros. However, it must be remembered that Lozano, whose current contract will expire in 2023, has got a release clause (ESPN) of just $40million (£31million).

The former Pachuca attacker is a speedy winger, who can operate with both feet and can effectively play on either flank. In your opinion, should Mourinho sign him?
