According to reports carried out by the Daily Mirror, Manchester United are plotting a move to secure the services of Julian Draxler from Paris Saint-Germain.
Draxler made a move from Wolfsburg to Paris Saint-Germain during the January transfer window last season but after only six months at the club, the German international already seems to be surplus to requirements for the French giants.
PSG recently acquired the services of Neymar from Barcelona on a world record deal and the arrival of the Brazilian superstar has seen Draxler being made available for a transfer fee of around only £32million.
As a result, a host of clubs have expressed their interest in signing Draxler this summer and the likes of Arsenal and Liverpool have strongly been linked with the 23-year-old in recent days.
Now according to reports from the Daily Mirror, claims are being made that even Manchester United have joined in the race to secure the services of Draxler this summer.
It is clear that United manager Jose Mourinho wants to make one final signing this summer and has been eyeing up a winger.
After facing frustrations in his hopes of signing Ivan Perisic and Gareth Bale though, Mourinho is now said to have focused his attention towards acquiring Draxler and the World Cup winner will surely be a very good signing for the Red Devils if the deal comes into fruition.
