Manchester United are set to compete with Inter Milan in the pursuit of Paris Saint-Germain full-back Serge Aurier. The Ivory international is looking for a way out of Parc des Princes after he snubbed a fresh contract beyond next season.
Aurier, who is a close mate of Red Devils star Paul Pogba, opted against travelling for Les Parisiens’ pre-season of the United States, and manager Unai Emery has confirmed that the right-back is eager to leave the Capital outfit this summer.
According to reliable Twitter source Paris United h/t Goal.com, United are using the help of Super-agent Mino Raiola in order to discuss a potential move with the representative of Aurier – Stephane Courbis.

Raiola has helped United sanction deals for the likes of Romelu Lukaku, Henrikh Mkhitaryan, Eric Bailly and Zlatan Ibrahimovic, and they are hoping to utilise his influence once more as they seek to lure Aurier to Old Trafford.
Aurier would provide the much-needed competition to Antonio Valencia, should he arrive at United, but the deal is not straightforward with Inter Milan proposing a tempting offer to Paris Saint-Germain.
The Nerazzurri are prepared to sell Joao Mario to Les Parisiens on a part-exchange deal which will involve the French club offering Aurier plus €30m for the Portugal international.
Jose Mourinho has been left frustrated with the limited spending during the first month of the transfer window with a couple of key targets moving out of his grasp.
In spite of this, the arrivals of Romelu Lukaku and Victor Lindelof have significantly strengthened the offensive and defensive departments ahead of what could be an exciting Premier League season.
