Manchester United have banned Paul Pogba from playing basketball during his holidays in the United States while the international break is going on, according to the Daily Express.
Paul Pogba picked up a hamstring injury during Manchester United’s 3-0 victory over Basel in the Champions League a couple of weeks ago and it is believed that the injury could rule the midfielder out for the long-term.
There has been a lot of controversy surrounding the injury as the United medical team have blamed Pogba’s own fitness regime with a personal trainer to be the cause for the exacerbation of the problem which he suffered at the end of last season as well.
Therefore, it is no surprise to see United taking a very cautious approach regarding the fitness of Pogba and now according to reports from the Daily Express, claims have been made that the Red Devils have banned the midfielder from playing basketball during his holidays in the United States over the next few days.
Pogba is well known to be engaging in off the field activities during his downtime and United have now warned the French man not to exert himself by playing basketball as they look to have him available as soon as possible.
