According to reports from Argentine news outlet Ole, Manchester United are keen on acquiring the services of defender Enzo Diaz.

Luke Shaw has recently been introduced back in the fold for Manchester United by manager Jose Mourinho but with the January transfer window fast approaching, it still looks like the defender will be offload in the coming weeks.

Once Shaw is allowed to leave, United will need to bring in replacements and a host of names such as Danny Rose and Alex Sandro have been strongly linked with a transfer to Old Trafford over the past few weeks.

Now in reports emerging out of Argentina, it has been claimed that United are currently looking at signing a lesser known figure in the form of youngster Enzo Diaz.

Diaz is currently plying his trade for Argentine second division club Agropecuario and is rated as one of the brightest young talents to have emerged from the South American nation in recent years.

United had previously been scouting Diaz, with the player himself confirming interest from the Premier League giants and now reports state that the Red Devils will look to revisit the interest during the upcoming January transfer window.
