Manchester United ‘Eye Move’ for £30million-rated Star

According to reports from the Daily Mirror, Manchester United have launched an enquiry over the potential signing of Leander Dendoncker.

Manchester United completed the £40million signing of Nemanja Matic from Chelsea recently and although the Red Devils may have perhaps overpaid to acquire the Serbian international, it will be well worth the high price as they have finally addressed a problem position.

The central midfield has been an area of weakness for Manchester United for quite a while now and bringing in Matic certainly rectifies the issue, considering Michael Carrick cannot go on forever.

Despite the signing of Matic though, United boss Jose Mourinho still seems to be in the market to sign another player at the middle of the park and according to recent reports from various outlets, the Portuguese boss is eyeing a swoop for the talented Leander Dendoncker.

Now in an update to United’s chase for Dendoncker, the Daily Mirror have gone on to claim that the Premier League giants have already launched an enquiry for the 22-year-old and that he will be made available for a fee between £22million and £31million.

Dendoncker has impressed since making his debut for Anderlecht in 2013 and if United can sign the youngster for a decent price, he would surely be a quality addition to Mourinho’s imposing side.
