Man United Have Been Handed a ‘Huge Boost’ In Their Hopes To Sign this Star

According to reports from the Metro, Manchester United have been handed a huge boost in their hopes of acquiring the services of Danny Rose.

Manchester United currently possess a very strong squad and given their fine start to the season, many expect the Red Devils to challenge for the Premier League title this season.

While things are going well for United at the moment, manager Jose Mourinho is consistently looking to improve his squad and bringing in a new left-back is believed to be high on the agenda for the Portuguese boss due to the fact that Ashley Young is not getting any younger while the likes of Daley Blind and Luke Shaw have failed to impress in the position.

As a result, it has widely been reported that Mourinho is planning a move for Danny Rose and the United boss has been handed a huge boost in his hopes of acquiring the services of the England international – according to the Metro.

Rose is wanted by defending Premier League champions Chelsea as well but the 27-year-old prefers a move to Old Trafford and in addition, even Tottenham Hotspur are said to be ready to part with the defender for a fee of around £45million given the fine performances of his deputy Ben Davies.

The arrival of Rose would surely strengthen United’s backline and his signing would virtually signal the end of Luke Shaw’s career at Old Trafford.
