Manchester United are reportedly looking to sign Phil Neville’s son Harvey

According to reports carried out by the Daily Mirror, Manchester United are currently considering a swoop for Valencia teenager Harvey Neville.

Harvey Neville ended up in the Valencia youth setup after his father, Phil – who is a former Manchester United star, was appointed as assistant manager of the Spanish side back in 2015.

While Phil did not last at Valencia for a very long time, Harvey has continued his footballing education in Spain and has quickly managed to earn a reputation as one of the finest young players in the La Liga’s side’s academy.

Harvey has drawn comparisons with another Manchester United legend in David Beckham due to his wonderful ability with his right foot and now according to reports from the Daily Mirror, claims are being made that the Red Devils are currently looking to acquire the 14-year-old.

Given Phil Neville’s connection with United, Harvey will surely be tempted to join his father’s boyhood club and it will be interesting to see as to whether the teenager is able to follow in the footsteps of the defender if indeed he returns to England.
