Manchester United have received a timely boost with Diogo Dalot confirming that he is raring to go after recovering from a meniscus injury which stuttered his progress in October.
The Portuguese footballer came with composed performances against Young Boys and Derby County but he has thereafter not featured after picking up a problem on international duty in October.
However, he has confirmed his return to fitness via his official Twitter account and that should provide Jose Mourinho with a sense of satisfaction, given the injury crisis that has evolved in recent weeks.

Considering Dalot has been sidelined for an extended period, Mourinho may avoid starting him against Crystal Palace this weekend but he could feature more regularly in the games ahead amid the festive schedule.
For the weekend, Luke Shaw remains suspended after picking up his fifth yellow card of the season against Manchester City and this may witness Ashley Young slot into the left-back position with Antonio Valencia making a much-awaited comeback on the opposite end.
Mourinho had previously indicated that Valencia had been struggling from the after-effects of a mouth operation but the Ecuadorian has recently confirmed that his omission from recent matchday squads has been rather tactical.
