According to reports from Gianluca di Marzio, Inter Milan are demanding the services of Anthony Martial from Manchester United for Ivan Perisic.

It is no secret that Manchester United have long been involved in discussions with Inter Milan over the signing of Ivan Perisic and various news outlet had claimed yesterday that the Red Devils were on the verge of agreeing a £44million deal for the Croatian international.

However in recent developments to the story, Italian outlet Gianluca di Marzio have claimed that Inter are looking to make late amendments to the agreement by demanding the services of Anthony Martial on a season long loan deal – in addition to £44million for Perisic.

Martial struggled to make a positive impact last season and it is believed that manager Jose Mourinho is not the biggest fan of the French international.

Nonetheless, Mourinho does acknowledge Martial as one for the future and it remains to be seen as to whether the Portuguese tactician will allow the youngster to leave this summer. It probably all depends on how badly Mourinho wants Perisic at Old Trafford next season.
